Think of a land by the sea, warmed by the sun, gentle and generous.
Nocellara del Belice olives come from just such a place, that strip of verdant land in the province of Trapani, a stone’s throw from the sea, protected for more than 2600 years by the Selinunte temples. The flesh is firm and meaty, with an unmistakable spherical shape; the olives are expertly seasoned with herbs to enhance their characteristic slightly bitter taste.

Suggestions for consumption:

With their characteristic bitter flavour, Natural Nocellara del Belice PDO Olives, seasoned with aromatic herbs are ideal to enjoy alone or as a snack. In the kitchen, they are used in appetisers of seasoned cheeses, as a garnish or to flavour second courses of meat or fish.
