Think of a land by the sea, warmed by the sun, gentle and generous.
Nocellara del Belice olives come from just such a place, that strip of verdant land in the province of Trapani, a stone’s throw from the sea, protected for more than 2600 years by the Selinunte temples.
The flesh is firm and meaty, with an unmistakable spherical shape; the olives are expertly seasoned with herbs to enhance their characteristic slightly bitter taste.

With their characteristic bitter flavour, Natural Nocellara del Belice PDO Olives, seasoned with aromatic herbs are ideal to enjoy alone or as a snack. In the kitchen, they are used in appetisers of seasoned cheeses, as a garnish or to flavour second courses of meat or fish.
