Lupini's Mini Burger
Extra virgin olive oil
Mix of aromatic herbs
Boil the potatoes and carrots, drain and mash them. Add the lupins after having peeled and finely chopped them. Add half an egg, salt, herbs and pepper.
Mix and form mini burgers by passing them in the remaining egg and breadcrumbs, then wrap them in a pan for a few minutes until golden brown.
Take two whole wheat rolls. Assemble the mini burgers and place them on the bread. Stop them with wooden sticks after adding the dried tomato.
