For a quick and easy to prepare first course, here is a pasta recipe with vegetables and our delicious Leccino Olives. The half sleeves, as well as being a really delicious type of pasta, with their typical shape, allow the dressing to fit inside and then let us fully enjoy this delicacy rich in ingredients and taste.

PREPARATIONS

Clean the asparagus and cut them into lozenges. Boil them in boiling water for a few seconds and cool them immediately in water and ice.
Cook the half rigatoni in salted boiling water and while they are cooking, brown the bacon in a non-stick frying pan with very little oil. Add the boiled asparagus and simmer for a few minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and toss it in the pan together with the seasoning. Serve in a dish, garnishing with the pitted olives.
