Braised meat is one of the richest meat dishes in history. It needs a long preparation that is however rewarded by its great goodness. In this recipe we offer it with our delicious Sicilian Nocellara del Belice Olives, which blend perfectly with all its flavors. Enjoy your meal!

INGREDIENTS:

Beef Potatoes Peeled tomatoes Nocellara del Belice PDO Olives Carrot Stick Celery Glass Red Wine Salt to taste Pepper to taste Rosemary to taste
800 g 200 g 250 g 150 g 1 1 1 enough enough enough


PREPARATIONS

Cut the beef into regular pieces, the potatoes in 4.
Pour a little extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan, and brown the meat, after simmer with red wine
Add the remaining ingredients and the Nocellara del Bellice Olives and cook for at least 2 hours. Serve the Braised Beef and decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
